Mixed-use development of approximately 3000 acres with seven miles of frontage on the Rio Grande

• Prepared Master Plan for the 3000-acre mixed-use development.
• Preparation of a Major Thoroughfare Plan through investigational analysis, planning and design.
• Coordinated and amended an Environmental Constraints and Opportunities Map with the City of Laredo, to analyze sensitive areas versus areas to be developed.
• Prepared a Conceptual Development Plan to guide initial development, construction, and interface with engineer firms.
• Prepared a landscape design concept that included entryway, parkways, buffers, walls, waterfalls, parks, and pedestrian pathway system.
• Developed concept layout for nature-based golf course and open space master plan.
